This platform is owned and operated by Santos Lab, LLC. Optruva is the working product name pending trademark and legal review.

Status of this document

Version 1.0, approved by Santos Lab, LLC for an invite-only early-access release. It may be updated after legal review; material changes will be notified and require re-acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. The initial launch is limited to the United States. Availability in Brazil, the European Union or elsewhere is out of scope pending separate legal review.

What the platform does and does not do

The platform provides a private workspace for your professional record, documents and preferences.

Santos Lab, LLC is not your employer and does not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation or any hiring outcome. The platform does not confirm employer or agency representations.

Santos Lab, LLC currently does not hold an employment-agency license in Florida or any other state.

Your control over disclosure

Accepting these Terms does not authorise any application, any disclosure of your information, or any sharing with any agency. Each of those requires its own separate, specific approval.

Nothing is submitted on your behalf automatically.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You may correct, export or delete your information at any time.

Changes to these Terms

When a new version materially changes these Terms, you will be asked to accept the new version. Your existing acceptance records are never rewritten when wording or translations change. Access to legal documents, privacy settings, data export, account deletion, consent withdrawal and sign-out always remains available.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent legally permitted.

Any dispute that must be litigated in court must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Broward County, Florida, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
