AI Transparency Notice

Nothing is running today

No artificial intelligence processing exists on this platform at present. No provider receives your data. This notice describes what is planned, so that you know the rules before anything is switched on.

What AI may later be used for

Reading a résumé to pre-fill your profile, flagging listings that look suspicious or out of date, estimating how well an opportunity matches your stated requirements, and suggesting opportunities.

What AI will never do

It will never reject you, make a hiring decision, or submit an application. Every application requires your own explicit approval, and a couple application requires both partners' approval.

Protected characteristics, religion and inferred sensitive traits are never used for ranking or scoring. A Friday-sunset to Saturday-sunset restriction is treated only as availability you defined, never as religion.

Accuracy

AI can make mistakes. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, particular compensation, or that a listing is genuine. You can review and correct anything extracted from your documents before it is used.

Your documents

Your documents will not be used to train any model without your separate, explicit authorisation. When AI is used, only the minimum information needed for that task is sent to the provider.
