Each permission stands alone

Accepting the Terms of Use and acknowledging the Privacy Policy do not authorise any disclosure of your information. Every kind of sharing is a separate decision you make separately.

The separate permissions

Terms acceptance. Privacy Policy acknowledgment. AI reading of your résumé. Sharing your profile with one named agency. Prospect-staff authorisation for one named agency and a defined scope. Approval of one application for one position. Email notifications. Marketing messages, always optional and never pre-selected. Text and messaging notifications, which are not active in this release.

What no permission ever covers

No permission authorises all future applications, all agencies, or automatic submission of anything. Turning Privacy Mode off is a display setting and is never authorisation to disclose your identity, photograph or documents.

Your photograph is disclosed only as part of a specific application you approved, or a specific agency disclosure you scoped. There is no global setting that releases it.

Couples

A shared couple document or a couple application requires both partners to approve the exact version being shared. Neither partner can approve for the other, and either partner can withdraw a permission for the future.

Evidence

Each approval records the exact wording you were shown, the language, the document versions, the recipient, the position and the time. Withdrawing a permission stops future use; it never rewrites that history.
