What is actually stored in your browser

Sign-in session: required to keep you signed in and to protect your account. Cannot be switched off while you are signed in.

Language preference: remembers whether you chose English, Portuguese or Spanish.

Interface state: remembers small layout choices, such as whether a side panel is open.

If that ever changes

If any optional analytics or advertising technology is ever proposed, it will remain switched off until you record a preference allowing it, and you will be able to reopen those preferences and withdraw permission at any time. An automated check prevents any optional tracker from being added without that mechanism in place.
